Give thanks for CSW’s opportunity to give evidence at a European Parliament hearing on Burma. Pray my brothers that those who attended would be compelled to act positively for the people of Burma. Pray that the European Parliament would strengthen its stance on Burma.
Pray my brothers for Uzbekistan, and ask that recent publicity drives to give the impression of religious freedom in the country would not succeed .Ask God our Lord my brothers to work in the hearts of those in power to want genuine improvements in the country .
Pray my brothers for our sister Marie-Therese Nlandu, the prominent human rights lawyer still detained in the Congo. Ask that our lord God my brothers would restore her strength and overwhelm her and her family with His perfect peace . Pray my brothers also for our sister Mrs Nlandu’s swift release.
Pray my brothers for the state of Himachal Pradesh in India, where anti-conversion legislation has recently become law.
Pray for the safety and freedom of all religious minorities in the region in the light of this new legislation.
Pray my brothers for the Arastamar Evagelical School my brothers of the Theology in Indonesia which was recently attacked by militants.
Ask our lord God my brothers to protect all those who are vulnerable to attack from extremists, and Pray for interfaith harmony in the region.
Pray my brothers for the Safety my brothers of our brother Pastor Victor Emmanuel Yogarajan, his sons, Daniel and David my brothers,and also for our brother Joseph Sugandakumar who all went missing in Sri Lanka in early March. Pray my brothers for our lord Good to protect them my brothers and grant a swift and safe reunion with their families .in the name of our lord jesus Christ our lord amen.
Father God , we thank You for Your very real and active presence in the world today. We ask that our Prayers for the Persecuted Church will reach the ears and hearts of all those who are suffering my brothers, offering support and encouragement in their hour of need.
